Throughout the process, our clients can have as much or as little input as desired - progress reports are sent regularly. Our search methodology is broken down into the following visible and time targeted phases:

Phase 1: We meet with the client and discuss requirements. After the meeting we prepare a detailed assignment specification containing all the information required to identify the precise skills and experience needed.

Phase 2: Our in-house research team identifies an exhaustive list of organisations and individuals who potentially fit the brief.

Phase 3: Incorporating the client’s comments, we speak to prospects, analyse suitability and select those who match client specifications.

Phase 4: Our consultants conduct intensive first-stage interviews.

Phase 5: Clients select their preferred candidates and meet with them to explore the opportunity. Feedback is provided to both parties.

Phase 6: An offer is made. We work closely with the client and candidate to make sure the offer is accepted.
