Phase 2: Our in-house research team identifies an exhaustive list of organisations and individuals who potentially fit the brief.
Phase 3: Incorporating the client’s comments, we speak to prospects, analyse suitability and select those who match client specifications.
Phase 4: Our consultants conduct intensive first-stage interviews.
Phase 5: Clients select their preferred candidates and meet with them to explore the opportunity. Feedback is provided to both parties.
Phase 6: An offer is made. We work closely with the client and candidate to make sure the offer is accepted.
