‘Lite Search’ was formed in 2007 to accommodate our clients’ requests to fill particularly difficult mid-level (typically 6-12 year experience) commercial and technical positions.
This service is a mix of classic contingency and executive search, in essence, it is a cut down ‘Lite’ version of our full Executive Search that is aimed at salaries up to £45,000. Turn around is fast - we aim to complete an assignment within 3 weeks.
